Abstract

The Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS), as one of the public service providers that supplies statistical data and information, consistently strives to deliver excellent service to its consumers. BPS has routinely conducted the Public Satisfaction Survey (SKM) annually, integrated into the Data Needs Survey (SKD). This survey aims not only to measure consumer satisfaction with BPS's data services but also to identify data needs and evaluate consumer satisfaction with the quality of the data produced by BPS.
